"I have ordered Zogard flea and tick medication for my dog twice now and it has not been delivered. The first time I was told it was out of stock and would be sent once it was back in stock. It never was delivered. I received an Email weeks later that my order was cancelled. A few weeks later I placed another order for the Zogard. The website did not say it was out of stock. I then received a confirmation for my order and again it said the Zogard was out of stock and would be sent at a later date. To-date I still have not received the Zogard for my dog. If this item is not longer available, then why doesn't PetCare RX take it off of the website?"

You could see that the ends were crushed on the box. Fed Ex is the company that delivered my order. I called Customer Service and, Peggie, the nice lady I talked to was very apologetic to me and gave me a credit for the two damaged cans.
