"Had to return food because my pet died. Only ordered once- and they refused to refund the membership fee. Said it was because I ordered food- food that I returned because again- my pet died. Tried to convince me to transfer membership to another pet- I don’t have another pet that needs special food or medicine. Waste of money- don’t bother with them when there are so many other honest companies out there! "

"I was skeptical about ordering pet meds on-line but as my pet med expenses increased, I tried PetCAreRX. I am impressed by the ease of ordering and delivering. They also have great communication. they let you know when they have received the order, when the perscription has been approved by your vet and when it ships.
