"Stumbled upon the site while searching the web for best cat toys. I saw they also carried my newest favorite brand of dog toys. I ordered multiple items for all my dogs and cat. Packages were shipped separately and charges went through my account differently than the total provided on my order confirmation. Packages arrived on separate days. I did receive all items, but of the 5 items I purchased I and my pets are only completely satisfied with one of them. I received a call one week after delivery from someone identifying themselves with PetCareRX. During the greeting of that call either I was hung up on or there were complications and it disconnected/dropped. Two days passed and I decided to call the number I'd received the call from prior to check on what it was about, especially since I had concerns and wasn't completely satisfied with the items. I was informed it was a courtesy call to ensure my order had been delivered without any issues. I advised the rep that I did receive everything but we were not pleased with the majority of the order/items. He told me he was sorry and to have a nice day. Polite, but didn't even attempt to problem solve and ensure future business with me. Very discouraging. Since I have not exhausted an effort to make another call or contact them otherwise. I feel like it would be sorely a waste of time. Unfortunate too, because I was looking into the membership they offer and how it might benefit my household with multiple animals."
