My prescription needed renewal, during this time I had to let go of my male dog due to cancer. I called the company and they switched the quantity down to one dog and shipped it. All was fine until the charged me to double and shipped enough for two dogs. I had to explain that l had to put my dog down to 4 or 5 people, which was unpleasant to say the least.
The first person failed to update the quantity on auto ship.
The second person was just lazy and did not check to see if it had shipped and kept asking me was l sure they only sent me 60 instead of 120 pills. I offered to send a picture of the bottle but was declined.
The third person blamed it on the auto shipping and by then I just said cancel it. Over this span is had talked to 3 people before I was sent to another to close my account.
I again had to explain what happened and how I had to put down my little buddy. I told her to just cancel and stop taking my money and the pets plus or whatever needs to stop - it didn't even have a discount.
Chewy, which we bought treats from, sent flowers to us for our loss. You can bet I am going there, you should too."
