"This is the only place I could find the novel protein vet rx food that my cat requires. I placed the order on 8/22 and still haven't received it. I have, however, received several phone calls and emails regarding membership and autoship. The phone call came immediately after I placed the order and a message was left saying they wanted to discuss my order. When I called back, the high pressure upselling occurred. I practically had to hang up on the saleswoman. Their website gives no information about tracking/shipping information. Today (8/30) I finally received an email with a tracking number that indicated the cat food will arrive on Fiday, 9/2. I have read the consumer complaints online and will not purchase from them again. I am currently transitioning my cat to another source of the novel protein."
"I ordered a special cat food for my cat and they emailed me saying the vet wouldn’t let them sell it to me (I don’t blame PetCarerX for this) but I called and we sorted it out. Then I got an email saying I could get the food, but a call saying the vet still wouldn’t approve. When I called finally they said it was on it’s way. Then I got an email about it being cancelled. All of that I am forgiving on, but I am getting a call a day and an email in the morning and evening asking why I’m not a petperks member. The constant bombarding my phone with messages is irritating."
