"It's so easy to order prescription medications for my dog. PetCareRx even contacts my vet so I don't even have to email or fax them anything. Shipping is very fast. "
"Wonderful that prices for prescriptions are much better than at the vet/pharmacy. PetCareRx needs some work, though. To start, there is no option to expedite shipments of medication, so if your fur baby needs treatment right away, you still have to wait up to 7 days to get their meds. It would also be nice and probably way easier if they had an app. It’s cumbersome having to navigate a website on your phone. And last, there is no way to cancel an order unless you call. This is true for plenty of websites, but it’s so much more convenient to have everything at your finger tips.
To note, I did call to cancel part of my order due to a prescription change, and the person was super quick and helpful."

" Pet Rx was applied to wrong order for the first week, delaying medication shipping and receiving. Finally applied Pet Rx to correct order in second week, but used Mail Innovations & USPS instead of Fedex further delaying Rx arrival. As a new customer I learned that Pet supplies are typically sent via Fedex while Medications are typically sent via Mail Innovations & USPS, which takes much longer and is far less reliable than Fedex. Not sure why, but this is standard practice evidently, so allow for extra time to be safe, at least for your Pet's sake!"

resolved an issue, just need to inform customer when an lssue with authorization occurs. i waited almost a week to find out that the request for authorization didn’t get thru to vet. so ran out of prescribed food for a few days. other then that all went well with my delivery. thx "
