"I have a specific Rx for my dog that is offered as tablets and chewables. The Rx calls for 1/2 a pill, and the chewables just don't split, so I order tablets. The first time I clicked the chewables in error, and they corrected that for me - thank you. But twice since, they have sent chewables. They took the took the return the first time, but I wasn't able to wait on hold long enough to have this last set of chewables returned. It's disapointing."
"I ordered two 6-month supplies of Interceptor plus (heartworm medication for my dog). They contacted my vet since this is a prescription. I spoke with the vet and told them I wanted a 12 months supply. Pretty typical, but PetCareRx only sold 6-month supplies. So I ordered two. The vet told ME no problem and they would approve both. PetCareRx said the vet only approved one and so they only sent one. I don't know where the miscommunication was, but it's annoying that I have to put in another order to get this right. Also, the cynical side of me thinks that since I'm not signed up for their premium "pet perks" program anymore (my subscription will run out within the next two months), that they don't want to provide me with medication too far beyond the end of my subscription to make sure that I come back as a premium member. Not likely, especially after this latest transaction. "
