"I placed an order for medications for my cat who was in very delicate condition regarding in an infection. I placed the prescription with the company, they reached out to my veterinarian and got a busy signal, my veterinarian stated they never received the call. The prescription was never filled I never received it and I paid for 24 hour shipping. My phone the company late the next day asking why I had not received the medication they told me they left a message and the veterinarian never called them back. I reconfirmed with my veterinarian that they have not received any calls from Pet Care RX nor any pharmacy regarding my pet. I called Pet Care back instated what my vet had told me about not receiving a call. They said they would reach out again and ship immediately overnight. The next day I still did not receive the prescription. Here it is 3 days after my cat's surgery she has an open wound she doesn't have her pain medication or the antibiotic I ordered from this company. Yes three days of suffering my cat was howling in pain. The veterinarian was kind enough to provide me with small portions from their own personal office which they would normally not do. Unfortunately my cat suffered from an infection due to lack of antibiotic and passed away in my arms. This company killed my cat basically. They lied to me about calling my veterinarian twice and leaving a message. They lied to me twice stating the medications would be sent and I would receive them within 24 hours. Don't trust this company. Please I beg you find another. They do not deserve a blessing."
