"They reduce amount of items to what they please without asking and changing shipping when originally shipping supposed to be free. absolutely horrible customer service- instead of trying to smooth situation over, I was accused of being not sensitive to other customers by suggesting to have a right to receive amount of items ordered; was told in sarcastic tone that "I don't even have any dogs shown on their website (apparently they expect you to report them what animals and how many u have)"; was told in annoyed and mocking tone of voice that "this is normal way of conducting business and you don't even know what you're talking about"- applying to my suggestion - maybe not to allow to buy 10 items if u can only ship customer 5 items max. i was told that said item was "in low stock" and they need to ration it between all the customers. when on the web-site it was available and not even marked as "low stock" as we were speaking on the phone about it. Rude liar= customer service. Felt like I was in some crazy bizzarro world.... "
