"My dog has epilepsy and my normal online pharmacy was out of one of her medications. PetCareRX showed it was in stock so I requested an order. The following day they confirmed they had received approval from my vet and would be filling the order the same day. It specified to expect to receive shipment in 5-7 days. I had to go out of state for a week and upon return I still had not received the order. When I called to check on it I was told the medication was out of stock with no expected date for arrival. I wasted 2 weeks waiting on a much needed anti-seizure medication after the site showed it was in stock and I received written confirmation the order was being filled. Epilepsy is not a condition where medication can be skipped without serious consequences. Very upsetting and disappointing experience."
