They had incomplete product info, poor quality image, and wouldn't take responsibility for their error or pay for return shipping even though the rep told me she would get a label for me. Turns out the product was a new one and they didn't have all the varieties that they were going to be selling. No wonder I was confused about the size. When the rep called back to tell me about there being no return label she argued with me, basically repeating the same thing about the yellow heart saying you can break the bone in half for smaller breeds. I explained that my dogs are toy breeds and half was still too much. I wanted an apology, she gave it and then said: "but...". I cut her off and said she could stop right there and that she was about to negate her apology and she was to stop talking. I would pay to return the $50 some odd dollars worth of product as soon as possible and I will never do business with them again. "

"We were purchasing a flea medication for cats. The medication itself is priced literally the same, down to the penny, everywhere we looked. The only differentiator was how fast we could receive the item.

We chose PetRx because they committed to a short shipping time frame. On their website it said they literally typically take only 1 to 3 days for the shipment to arrive. Instead, ours kept getting delayed and took about a week and a half. Had we known this, we could have chose any number of other providers that could have delivered our shipment faster than that. We probably would have even just gone to the store.

It felt like a classic case of bait and switch where we were committed a faster shipping window in order to secure the business, but then they didn't deliver on their word. Noted."
