"I was not happy with the company we were currently getting our prescription pet food from. I'd order, then receive an email that the food was out of stock. I'd go to the website to try to find a substitute and it would show the original food was in stock. Next, I'd call customer service to double check if there was a website error. No, they'd tell me, the original food was in stock and they had no idea why I received the email. I'd reorder and a couple of days later, get another email saying the food was out of stock, then receive the original order in the mail the next day. This is ridiculous. I looked up other companies that sold pet food online and found PetRx. Ordering was straight forward, they had the product for less than my previous supplier and the product shipped out the next day. No run-around. Thank you PetRx."

"Good pricing and easy to use but it to two weeks to get the product. That may have had something with my vet needing to approve the reorder. Next time I will reorder sooner than so I don't have a lapse in the medication."
