"I bought almost $ 100 worth of prescription cat food. Despite detailed delivery information for FEDEX in their system and also on our gate the delivery person left the food in the full sun at 85 degrees. By the time I got home the package and the food were hot to the touch. I am not feeling comfortable feeding my 17 year old cat which has renal failure a food which has been exposed to hourlong heat. Upon talking on the phone to a PetCareRx supervisor and explaining the situation I was told the food was okay to feed. And that they had done their part and what FEDEX did wrong was not their business. She was condescending and clearly did not care or had any intentions of making it right. I will never buy from PetCareRx again. "

"I got a prescription for food 5 months ago, they told me it was out of stock after a few weeks of nothing, then radio silence for MONTHS. Then they started offering me memberships for their wholesale pricing, which would be nice if I had any confidence at all that they would ever deliver. It has now been almost half a year and no one has said anything to me about when the food will be back in stock or offered an alternative. I would expect at least an update from them given that it's been so long and it's literally prescription food to make sure my cat doesn't die an early and painful death, but they could care less."
