"I signed up for the PetCareRX membership for the ease, convenience and discounts that were promised. Over the last month PetCareRX hasn't delivered on any of these and I won't be renewing my membership! Long story short; I ordered my monthly 20lb bag of dog food for our puppy. The status showed as shipping for two weeks. Then was canceled without my knowledge. I called back and was informed that the item was shipped but they didn't have any tracking. I complained of the lack of communication and inconvenience of not having my dog food and and now having to go to the store to buy a bag and they apologized and promised my order would be shipped the same day. Fast-forward two weeks later and I still have not received my order. I called and was informed that they were out of stock, had canceled my order and again no one bothered to communicate this to me! I won't be wasting any more time and effort trying to receive good customer service which is should've been common sense in this scenario. PetCareRX didn't even try to make this right for me. "

I guess they want me to join the club but it would be much better to build this into the online shopping platform rather than call me - I will never want to talk to a phone rep. "
