"Unfortunately, the dog food I ordered ( Canine Caviar) was misrepresented on the website; it said the bags were 24 lb bags but they were actually 22 lbs. And, I ordered 3 bags, so that meant 6 lbs. less and then I was charged for shipping, which was suppose to be free. So, I contacted the company and they were going to have the escalation dept. contact me to resolve the issues. Well, days went by- nearly a week- and finally a sweet young lady, by the name of, Natalia contacted me. So, I thought she was calling about my situation but, she was calling in regards to purchasing the yearly pet care rx membership and knew nothing of my problem.. Long story short, she listened, very attentively, and with the assistance of a supervisor refunded my shipping and extended the membership offer to me for two of my three mini dachshunds to compensate for the misinformation about the product line. In today's world, it was nice to have a company that cared and resolved an issue. Having owned my own business, customer service is of utmost priority to me. SO.... Thank You Pet Care Rx. for caring about your customer satisfaction!!! So, this is a pretty impressive company to do business with!!!!!"
