But it turns out it's a great deal, especially for someone like me with multiple pets in the household.

They make it really easy, even for prescription foods or meds, to get authorization from your vet, and they keep you informed incredibly well. Communication is really important on orders that involve veterinary authorization and they've got it down. When you DO need customer service, it's easily accessible, extremely responsive, and helpful. Haven't had an issue they weren't able to resolve pleasantly and quickly.
