"I ordered a year supply of Revolution for my dog - 4 of the 3 month boxes - they had 8 boxes in stock - so I paid for it & gave them my vet’s information. Took 2 days - and me getting in touch with the office manager - to get the approval sent in to them. 3 days later, PetCareRX says the product is out of stock?!?!? How?!?!? I paid for it - I got my vet to fax in the approval/prescription - how did they sell it out??? Was it not held for me after I paid for it??? When will it be back in??? I called to ask and got zero explanation from PetCareRX. You lost a customer over this transaction. "
