"I placed a large (over $1,000) order. It allowed me to select my desired quantities without restrictions. Then I received calls and emails telling me they needed to speak to me about my order. When I returned their calls, it turned out that they just wanted the names and birth dates for all of my pets even though I was only ordering for two of them. About the time I was expecting my order to arrive, 10 days later, I received an email that they were reducing my requested quantities. I am frustrated that if they aren't going to allow me to order more than 1 bag of dog food at a time, they shouldn't allow me to select a number above 1 in quantity. One bag of dog food will last 2-3 weeks so this creates a huge inconvenience to have to order so often. Additionally, I had used a 30% off discount that they sent me in the mail and they cheated me out of the full discount when they modified my order. As of the writing of this review, I still have not received my (modified/reduced) order and it was placed 14 days ago. I cannot depend on PetcareRX for my pets' needs and am very disappointed in this experience."
