A few days later I got a call saying I forgot to give them my pet's name. I said you need my pet's name to place a non-prescription food order? She said yes, so I have her the name. Then she said she was going to go ahead and give me a free year subscription and it would automatically renew in a year and I could just call and cancel it. I said no, I don't want to be signed up, I purposefully DID NOT sign up for this. This was a one time purchase. They finally stopped trying to push me. Fast forward 10 days and my order still had not shipped- mind you they said orders ship within 2 days. I emailed the company and a few days later I got a refund because they didn't have either of the foods in stock. How long would they have kept my money and not shipped my product? How many people are getting duped into getting an automatically renewing membership? "
