Mind you this was 2 weeks after I placed my order. My 18 yo dog was without her Carprofen and Gabapentin for 6 days already. They sent a confirmation email to me that the scripts were approved and they would get them in the mail ASAP. So I had to run to my vet on Saturday to pick up 5 days supply of her pain meds to get us through. So much for convenient, fast service. I still have no clue when the meds will be here. I joined through my employer and can't unsubscribe until next year. "
