"Everything about the process was easy and people were helpful. The only thing not that helpful is that they send my vet a fax request for the prescription approval. If the fax machine is busy they won’t try again for 2 days. I had to call the vet and give the vet PetCareRx phone number to get my order approved. That isn’t a good business process to have that rule in place"

"i felt the messages about the pet plus program were at best confusing, at worst misleading. after. i placed my first order with it and had already paid, i got an email there was a weight limit that my order surpassed on free shipping. this was mentioned nowhere when i signed up. and two of my cases of fancy feast were canceled post order-not because they were out but because they said they just don't give more than that at once.
they don't mention that after a year you will be charged $174. i had to inquire about that. and the only way you can notice of near the year date, is to find a barely noticeable little box that says "check if wish notice 3 days before renewal".
my order was damaged in transit-i never got it. and when i called for refund, i was told i'd have to wait until ups got the order back to them--for i all i know ups may never get it back to them if the box fell apart. i had to wait a day until a manager was in and then it still was a big hassle. and when i told them i wanted to cancel petplus at that moment even if it was free, the woman tried to tell me i'd owe them money on the order i'd made under it. i said "I NEVER GOT THE ORDER". oh. but even if i had, that would make no sense. why couldn't you order under petplus but later change your mind about the program. would that mean if you canceled near end of year, they'd try to charge you back for everything you'd ordered under the program?
the whole interaction with this company did not feel good or up front."
