"I purchased canned food from pet care RX because all of the normal suppliers were out of stock. It was over seven business days before they even shipped… And they ended up shipping me the wrong order… And my order went to someone else. They then told me they were going to send me a UPS shipping label to return the incorrect product, at the same time sending me the proper, ordered product. I received an email that the new product had been shipped within 24 hours, however I did not receive a UPS shipping label. So I called customer service again… And I was told that I would have a shipping label in my email within the hour. The next day I still have not received a shipping label I called again and requested to speak to a supervisor to get this resolved. I was told the supervisor cannot create a shipping label for me… I suggested how about if I stay on the phone while you create a shipping label and I’ll wait for it to populate into my email. That seem to work, I had a UPS shipping label in my email within about five minutes and I ship the product back. It was my first order with pet care RX, and I’m not finding it to be a good one. Although they did resolve it … I’m not sure it would’ve been completely resolved had I not pursued customer service daily"

"Good website with easy search functions. Contacted me regarding a membership program that would save me money after I had made a purchase. They applied the discount retroactively to the item I had ordered. Several of our orders are prescription and they contact the vet for us to get approval for the product. Takes a little longer but not too long. The only thing that they could do is notify us when the prescription has been approved by our vet so we will know that they can ship."

"Ordered from them, immediately started receiving unsolicited emails. Less than eight hours later tried to cancel order and was told they couldn’t. Even though the order had not been processed. Now they won’t stop harassing me. email after email after email. Three phone calls later and still the emails continue. Once they have your information they will never stop harassing you. "

"Petrx did not call the number I provided for my vet. Instead, they sent the prescription approval to a non working fax number they found somewhere. I was not notified that there was an issue contacting my vet and wasn't aware until I called petrx to get a status update about a week later. So, I was advised to call my vet to expedite the process. I was told to give petrx their email as their fax machine didn't work. I gave petrx the email and thought things were all set. Nope. They sent it to the wrong email.
All of this was finally resolved when my vet offered to call petrx herself. Three weeks later I finally received my order.
This was my very first experience with petrx and I hope I don't need to go through this everytime, as I can't delay in giving my dog his preventative meds. "
