After the first week they sent me an email saying they hadn't recieved a response from my vet for approval and that they would instead call my vet. Messaging my vet they got back the next day saying they got one fax the day before and sent it back with approval. Still a week went by with no change in my order. Sending them a message they said they never got a response to their fax and that they would call my vet for approval, something they said they would do a week ago and still hadn't done. I cancelled my order and found it somewhere cheaper that actually called my vet for the approval."
