These are pain pills my dog needs or he experiences severe pain and I was running out. I found PetRx with good price and upon calling the to verify they had a supply I ordered a 90 day supply. I had it all set by phone with my vet to approve the Rx over the phone. So after a week and a half and I didn't hear anything I called PetRx The girl said matter of factly they tried to get through to my vet and couldn't. So a week and a half went by, no further attempt was made nor did they advise me of the issue. When I called they said they would call again. Gee wiz, they got right through and within an hour my pills were on the way. So a total breakdown after they claim they couldn't reach my vet, and a failure to keep me advised. "
