"I've been using PetCareRX for almost a year now. It's been a good value, and I have no issues with their service or products. But the shipping needs work. They ship UPS to USPS, and while I understand that it's a long way from New York to New Mexico, my shipments always seem to get stuck in Texas for several days before they make it here. I can handle a 7-10 day turnaround and can plan for that. But several times, it has taken 10 days or more. I currently have a shipment outstanding for 12 days now. This, to me, is unacceptable. "

I did get a refund but had to pay for the postage due to their mistake. Don't believe this: "At PetCareRx your satisfaction is guaranteed. "I placed an order for my pets food. Received a confirmation email for said order. Typically ships out the next day. Checked order status and it displays shipped, yet no tracking was available. One week later I call to check on the status as my dog is now down to just a few feedings. I was told to give it a few more days. I then mentioned to the representative that I noticed the funds were taken from my account, then refunded so why was I refunded. She had to look into the order further and proceeded to tell me that the product was not in stock. No email, nothing stating that. If I look on my order status now, it states that the order was shipped, which is false. I had to cancel the autoship and buy elsewhere and was more expensive. Very disappointed as I pay for this membership to receive discounted pricing. "

"I ordered two bags of dry food for my dog on Sept 25th and the delivery date said it would be here in Tacoma, Wa on October 2. I ordered in advance to plan out the rationing of my dogs current bag of food. Well October 2 comes around and I was notified that the order was delayed due to “weather.” I saw the package of food was coming from the east coast and checked the weather and there was no snow or storms to warrant the delivery being so late. I assumed the late delivery would be a day or two but it turns out it was 6 days late! The dog food arrived October 8th. I had to go buy another bag of food on top of the two other bags that were supposed to be delivered. I’m just bummed because I tried planning ahead to get my dogs food delivered in time. Now I’ve spend even more money all to just go out to Petco to buy the same bags of food since the delivery didn’t arrive in time. "

"On September 23rd I ordered some dog food and treats for our two Boxers and only one item has been delivered. I've been back to the website a couple of times, and some of the items have "preparing shipment," while others say fulfillment. So far after two calls and not hearing back from them, and one email (with no response yet) I have no idea of what is going on with our order. In the email I asked to have the items credited back to my credit card, if they couldn't ship the items I ordered. And no, not a one was out of stock at the time I placed the order."
