"I don't mind the company or service provided as they make it easy to get my cat the wet food he needs. Right now my cat is on a diet, so we're trying out this combination of food, and don't know if this will be a permanent thing until he visits the vet in a couple months. All of this is fine so far, as I've had no issues ordering his food from this company.
The main issue I have with using this service is every single time I order food from this company, I receive literally 5-10 calls trying to get me to subscribe for the monthly service. I have explained several times to the representatives who call me that I'm not interested in paying for that service as I'm not sure if my cat will remain on this food. Still they call me constantly. I also more often than not have received damaged cans, which I then have to document and send photos back. Then afterwards I'm stuck with less cans because the company policy is only to refund for damaged cans as opposed to REPLACING damaged cans. That's another major issue I have with this company because clearly the need for the cans outweighs the need for cash in that circumstance.
Furthermore, I did the math on this and considering I order this food once every two months, It actually would be MORE expensive and cost me more to have their stupid service. What's the point?! It's one thing if you're trying to provide a service that actually helps people, and charge them more for that service. Instead, representatives spam my phone constantly and multiple times a week, just to get me to pay more for the same service. It's horrible customer service!
If people say no, that means no! Don't keep calling them hoping for a different answer! If your customer service representatives and the system they work with doesn't have a DO NOT CALL list with notes, then this is an issue. Doesn't matter who calls, I always feel like I have to explain myself all over again. If this continues, I'll be forced to find another service for my cats wet food. "
