"I had my dachshunds recurring rx with petmart for several years. They were reliable and great to work with. Truly made managing multiple prescriptions easy to manage. When our little old pup passed away I forgot to update the auto ship but they quickly jumped in to help me once again. I am a loyal customer if any of our other pups ever need prescriptions. I greatly appreciate their customer service "
"Absolutely terrible experience. I called this place about 10 times within the last 3 days to try and expedite my dogs medication that he needs because he has a very bad staph infection. Most of the times they would say they were going to work on it right away. I then would call my dogs urgent care and they haven’t received anything yet. One of the phone calls the lady told me, “If we expedite his medication that’s not fair to the other dogs. Every dog is priority.” And she said that in the most rude way. Petsmart, get your customer service reps in check. Also, not every dog has the same priority level, just like human patients in a hospital. There are levels to severity. The lady then told me that it will take 7 DAYS to start the process and shipping is delayed at the moment. How the heck is my dog supposed to wait almost 2 weeks to receive medication?? You guys need to speed up you’re way too slow. And lastly, on my last call THEY NO LONGER COULD FIND MY ORDER. Petsmart had the order but petsmart pharmacy did not see any order at all, no cancellation, nothing. It’s like I never even ordered. So disorganized. I then ordered from Chewy. Guess what? They answered right away, they were polite, and they said “I see your dog was was prescribed this medication at an urgent care so we will expedite this medication for you”. I was just honestly mind blown at the difference in customer service. Go to Chewys y’all!!!! "
"Ordering from PetMart Pharmacy is too much of a hassle. Calling in and speaking with someone is even more frustrating. This is the second or third time I've had an issue and my pet was without medication. PetMart Pharmacy took even longer to ship my medication because they didn't want it sitting at the post office over the weekend- which it still did. I've been dealing with this issue for over a month now. I was only offered a refund for the medication which had expired. I basically had to beg for that. I believe the only reason I was given the partial refund was because I asked for the manager. I had a really bad experience a couple of years ago with Dana and find the staff to be hit or miss. Some are super knowledgeable and friendly while others are straight-up rude. I am done ordering from here. I try and support smaller businesses but there is no accountability at PetMart Pharmacy, LLC. Chewy's pharmacy is cheaper and they offer free shipping. I am still awaiting my full refund as I refused the package as I was told to do."
"My dog is on Vetmedin for her heart condition and I found this website to have this medication and the amount needed. Several websites were either out of this medication or priced their meds HIGH on purpose because of the shortage. Love that when I received my package in the mail (which shipped quickly after Vet approval), a Milk Bone treat came with. It is the little things like that make companies awesome! "My dog was diagnosed with Cushing's and gallbladder stones. The Dr prescribed Trilostane 20mg and Ursodiol 125mg. The cost for a one month supply through my doctor's office was $180. I was able to order a one month supply of both medications, specially compounded, for a total of $75. I placed the order on Sunday and received it Friday."

"We specifically requested 12 months of a medicine. We received an email saying we would receive 6, with no explanation of why. We replied/forwarded the email to 3 different email addresses - 1 bounced back and we never received a response from the other 2. We finally called, and they tell us that our vet only authorized 6 months, even though I had a prescription in hand for 12 (our vet had mailed us a copy). They do not offer any proactive solution or process to remedy the situation. Instead, we had to ask what could be done to fix this. They said the only way they could use the prescription is if we mailed it, so we did. Over a month goes by and we hear nothing. We finally call, again, and are told that it is on the manager's desk and she'll call you back tomorrow. The next day, we do not get a call from the manager, rather we get a call from the same customer service agent, saying, again, that the vet did not authorize 12 months and that we need to talk to the vet. No way will we be using this company again."
