Slow service & phone agents that barely care.
"Obviously went to this company for their good prices & seemingly good ratings, but their speed in filling & mailing prescriptions is painfully slow. It takes 2 business days (if you are lucky) to process orders even after your vet has sent in the paperwork. Then comes the slow shipping method for free - about 7 business days. When I called to complain on 1 order that was unattended for 5 days, they bumped up the shipping speed one step to 5 days at their expense. It should have been bumped to 2 day at their expense. On another order that was delayed, no offer to increase the shipping speed unless I wanted to pay for it. What poor processing time in today's era & poor customer service. I plan to move to another company with better service."
