This was after they took away the free shipping option because I used the coupon code they emailed me to compete the order, so the savings was like a $2. Whatever... Weeks go by, and no communication from them about my order. In the mean time, my fish are getting sicker. I email to just cancel my order. It takes 3 days of back and forth emails to final cancel it and refund my money. About 2-3 weeks later, I get an email telling me that my items was discontinued by the manufacturer.
