"I decided to try Pet warehouse for the first time since they had the lowest advertised price on the Ai Hydra lights that I needed. Shortly after placing the order I received several conflicting emails. Eventually I found out that they didn’t actually have the lights in stock and there would be a short delay in shipping them to me.
Well that short delay ended up being just over 30 days and the phone number that I eventually was giving after calling one of the retail locations several times was never answered. Email sent was not answered either until I requested a cancellation of my order. At that point someone finally answered and claimed that they had been trying to call me multiple times. There were no missed called or messages from pet warehouse at all and I verified the phone number with them. "
