This is my experience at the Pets Warehouse in Carle Place on 177 Glen Cove Road.
I purchased a 10 gallon aquarium tank set up with wood stand. Spent $184.64.
The heater was not heating the water. I bring it back and they refused to exchange or refund. What the heck? Karen told me to contact the manufacturer. Wow..... If this was my business, I would simply give a new heater off the shelf. It's literally a $15 dollar cost. If that. Now, I will never come back and just go to the Petco next door. So dumb."
