Pexuniverse have the overall best pricing for pex fittings, black pipe fittings, copper fittings, etc. Once I placed the order, i received a phone call for the order confirmation, and the next day i received my package, although a short distance (NY to CT) that was impressive.

"When I ordered the pump I was told that the instructions to plumb in a pressure tank would be included in the package, it was not.
When I called to inquire about the instructions the lady I placed the order with was argumentative and rude as he'll. She refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up on me several times.
I won't be doing business with them again, or recommending them to anyone."

"I ordered a Grunfos pressure pump the morning of Wed July 3rd. Knowing the holiday was coming up I asked if it would ship that day, otherwise I would use 2nd Day Air shipping. I was assured it would ship by that afternoon but it didn't go out until two days later on Friday, 7/5. I don't mind paying for expedited shipping but don't make promises you can't keep which severely delay my job. Customer service did apologize for the inconvenience but that doesn't help my situation."

"It took me about a week to get through the replacement product process because there wasn’t a kink in the tube ad they thought-it was a cut. It never should’ve been placed in the shipment in the first place, however the problem was resolved, and the item was replaced. Because the problem was resolved, and all the other items were perfect I will give them five stars The other items like the copper manifolds and brass connectors were of course perfect condition. I will still be ordering many products from Tex universe. "
