"Bought a number of fittings and prices were very competitive. My order contained two items that were on back order. One of them went back in stock, but it looked like they were waiting for the second item to get back in stock so they would ship together, which is fine. I couldn’t wait too long so I requested that they cancel the item that was still on back order and just ship the one that was now back in stock, but they told me there would be a 3% service charge for canceling one of the items because my credit card was already charged. It never shipped and I had to pay a fee — unheard of! Then they called me back and said this last item would now have an additional shipping charge since the total without the other item was now under their “free shipping for orders over $99” (Even though my original order was several hundred dollars with the back ordered items). They literally suggested that I just cancel the order since it was a $15 part and shipping would be $15… I just said ok whatever lol. I was just taken aback that a company would nickel and dime their customers like that. I guess that’s how they can have lower prices."
