"Thursday September 8th, 2016: I ordered my item on the 5th of the month and paid EXTRA for the “UPS 3 Day SelectSM”, which they offered, in order to receive my package on or before the 11th. When I finally received an email with the tracking number, I was notified by FEDEX that my package was supposed to be here in my possession by the 8th (today), but it won’t arrive about 5 days later on the 13th (almost like the standard 5-7 day shipping) because the company did not drop my package off until today...and there’s nothing FEDEX can do about it. I’m highly disappointed because Sunday, the 11th will be my 21st birthday and a prayer was planned to celebrate it; I decided to put my trust into the company and order the “Decorative Mini Elephants (Sets Of 4), item number: 12604-fc” as favors; however, by the time I receive the Elephants, everyone that was supposed to get one as a celebration favor will be long gone! The sad part is, other websites offered the same product, but I chose http://www.photoframesplus.com/ as my first option because of the ratings, without even realizing that the last good review was posted in 2014. I haven't had a chance to speak with a customer service agent because they're only available M-F 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST, and I work and go to school at the same time; I did leave a message and call back number, but at this point, I just feel like returning my order when it gets here without even opening the package!"
"I purchased 40 baroque 4x6 photo frames from PhotoFramesPlus on August 10. August 12th they arrived at my house very neatly packaged. Each frame was individually boxed and bubble wrap around each to protect them. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with this company after dealing with a website prior that was basically a scam! :( I would order from PhotosFramesPlus again in a heartbeat! Their customer service also goes above and beyond!"
"Didn't answer their product information line. Barely answered their order line. Seems to be a one person, and not terribly organized company. The biggest complaint however is that after advertising what looks to all reasonable consumers as free personalization for an over $100 item, they did a bait and switch and wanted to charge me an additional $25 for a three letter monogram. Despicable business practice. Oh, and btw, they are one of the highest price sources for this product online. So much for trying to support small business! Come on guys!"

"Pinecone place card holders. I have to say I was quite disappointed with my pinecone place card holders. One came broken while others had slits in them that were crooked so the card would fall out. My daughter ended up having to glue the place cards into the pine cones so that the cards would stay in place. I would not recommend these for purchase. I used them because I didn't have time or the desire to go through the process of returning them."

"I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have received from Ms.Tanya of PhotoFramePlus. I placed the order friday, contacted customer service on monday & received my order on wednesday...and this is ground shipping! Ms Tanya really did her best to facilitate the quick delivery of something that was important to me & I really appreciate it. Very accomodating & heartwarming. Speed of shipping & packaging was excellent but there was one angel wing that was broken yet nothing that a super glue cannot fix. The total price I paid for was $20 more than LaBelle gifts(for the same order) but it was worth it. I did not have to wait for a month & it was stress-free. The angel keychain is perfect and exactly what I expected. Will definitely do business with them again in the future."

"I ordered a large quantity of coasters from PhotoFramesPlus to use as favors at a bridal shower. I dealt with Janet in their customer service department. The service was wonderful and I recevied my order just 2 days after placing it. I was pleased with the product as well. The only thing I was unhappy with during the transaction was the issue of payment. I used a credit card to pay for my order. A few minutes after placing my order, I received an email asking me to verify the billing address. This was my mistake because I had given them the wrong one. When I checked my credit card account balance the next day, I found that I had been charged twice for my order. I was then told that because the address was incorrect, they put a hold on my account for the amount of my order....even though that card was charged a second time and they received their payment. I was also told it would take a few business days to get that hold removed. I feel this is not a good way to do business. The card should have just been declined when I used it if my information was incorrect. Instead, there is money in my account that I cannot access."
