"The photo frames were great. The problem was not with the frames, but with the exorbitant price we paid in shipping. We needed the frames quicker than usual and thus paid the extra 3 day select rather than ground shipping, an added 40% to the overall cost. After receiving the frames we became aware of the fact that they were shipped from a mere couple hundred miles away. The huge cost in shipping was unneeded and outrageously overcharged. We were very unhappy with this and will thus never use this company again!"

"There was some sort of huge problem with UPS and my order. It was on it's way, then abruptly returned to shipper. I contacted your store and talked with your customer service rep, and she could get no answer from them as to why, but they would reroute it back, which they did. It was again on it's way and was rerouted again and returned. This was on Friday a.m. The same rep Janet contacted them and this time they said it was addressed incorrectly. So the rep then overnighted a package to me which arrived at the same time as some of my guests did. The entire thing was very stressful. I would like to commend the rep who helped me though. Her name was Janet and she was the one thing that helped me with the whole process. She was extremely caring and went out of her way to be kind and helpful. A very good employee who made a stressful situation tolerable!"

"TERRIBLE. Engraving looks very unprofessional and cheap. They do not know how to monogram in any style that is not straight across and no matter how many times you tell them what you want the product still comes in wrong. I wanted a standard monogrammed initial engraving and what I got is lettering of three different sizes. After voicing my disappointment they told me they did nothing wrong. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE."
