"I was looking for a specific pendant with a specific chain length and I found it on Pictures on Gold’s website. So it was great to see options of different necklace chain lengths available. I called to ask a question and a real person answered and could answer my questions specifically! How often does that happen nowadays?! Amazing shipping time. The items arrived in two days from the order date-halfway across the country! The reason for only four stars is due to the packaging when shipped. By the time the package arrived, the ($300) necklace chain was hanging out of the FedEx cardboard envelope by about 6 inches!!! The chain was not in a box or bag, just loose in the shipping envelope. If the envelope had been handled much more, it would have arrived without the chain. I am thankful all items arrived safely but perhaps the company could do a better/safer job of packaging the items. "

I was not given that opportunity. I was sent email that my order was processed and shipped.
When I received two of the three pendants were dark and not true to color. The third photo, I would like to have seen if it had been rotated. I also feel that had I seen the items, I would have realized I needed to order the larger size.
I contacted customer service to explain all of this. I was asked to send photo of pendants, which I did.
