"From the start I was not happy with the service or product. First I was overcharged twice on my account. The burden was on me to prove it to your company that it was wrong. I took time out of my very busy schedule to do exactly that. Second when the product arrived, it was late even though it was guaranteed before Father's Day!!! I received at my place of business on the Saturday before Father's Day. My office at funeral home was closed and so I did not access to package until the Monday after.

The product is sub par, there was a shadow on the side where fingerprint is at, and it looks dirty or stained. It has a shadow on the lower part of the fingerprint. I absolutely hate it!! I gave it as the gift for the intended party, but was actually even embarrassed as it looked cheap. I will never order or recommend your company."
