"They claim to do engraving one can feel, well of the four items purchased only one was engraved. The others have simply taken the print and used a high quality sticker. When this was brought up, they stated that they would investigate, and found that nothing had been done wrong. Now they say that if we return the items there will be a 20% restocking fee because they have to remelt the metal. The fact of the matter is that they will need to hear it up to melt the adhesive off. In addition, they were contacted for confirmation that they will get the name right on a keychain on April 3rd, 10:59am, and they claimed it was already sent out even though they literally got the order at 10:51pm the night before. Total rip off, will never use them again."
