"I ordered from piping rock following the reviews online. Living in the UK I was happy to see they shipped abroad and having ordered from the states before could not see any problems.
I received a card through the door to say if I wished to receive my package I need to pay a further £16.
I contacted piping rock who said they were sorry and would charge me if I wished to return the item.
I picked the parcel up today to find they have also over charged me £13.50 on top of the other charges.
Avoid at all costs...I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities...Now I'm unsure whether to use the products I've paid for!! :("
