Anyhoo... They use something called creditcard verification (never heard of that before)? Witch requires you to provide them with the following details:

Front and back of your credit card. Photo-ID card (such as drivers license, passport) showing the same name & signature as the credit card... Scary, huh?

When I told them that: "I'm "NOT" a creditcard scammer! You can trust me"!! Someone from their customer service said:

"Dear sir. I'm sorry to hear that".

I mean... WTF?! "I'm sorry to hear that"? Eh... They dont u n d e r s t a n d what you're saying! Either they're stupid, or they're stupid.

And they send you automated answers! You simply cannot trust this company! I fully concur with "narutoLee". This store is horrible!!

"Sorry to be the dissenter, but I've thus far had a disasterous experience with this company. It's been a week since I ordered a PlayStation and three games that were all marked "Ships within 24 hours." None of them have shipped seven days later. I keep trading e-mails with them but only get form letters inserted with apologies in broken English. Also be aware that they have some strange verification procedure which required me to send copies of my driver's license and the front and back of my credit card to Hong Kong. That's more than a little worrying in these days of identity theft and fraud. So, I paid $368.80 for something that was supposed to ship in 24 hours and arrive 2-3 days later, but is now marked that it MAY ship on the 18th of August, almost 20 days later. I simply cannot trust this company.
UPDATE: I received my items on the 11th of August -- 12 days after I ordered, and about a week late. Good thing I paid for 2-day shipping or who knows when I would have gotten it. It should also be noted that Play-Asia only started responding to my e-mails after I told them I was going to post a review on ResellerRatings.com"

"My god! It's fast!

I just made my order yesterday, check my e-mail this morning said the order had been shipped, and in the afternoon I got it already. I live in Asia (not in Hong Kong), I bought from many other Hong Kong's sellers, none of them were ever this fast. Even with UPS, I didn't expect any seller to process my order so quickly, I made the order yesterday AFTERNOON, it's not even 24 hours yet when my order arrived.

Well, I must say UPS is really good, too. But, it could never be this fast if the seller take their sweet time processing the order.

My order arrived correctly and in good shape. The pricing is not cheap, but at least it's not over-priced. Shipping cost is considerably low. And I also got the $5 off coupon for the next order. Sure way to get people to buy again, isn't it. Well, at least I'm satisfied for now."

After looking at various online sites for a Sony PSP, I came across Play-Asia. It was the one reputable (from what I've heard) retailer which had them in stock (The others estimating a shipment in one week), and while the price was high ($449 for the system and one game - Roughly $200 more than its retail cost) it is the same amount all of the online retailers are selling it for (Supply and demand), so they werent gouging prices anymore than anyone else, they were actually cheaper than some retailers who had it listed for $499 for just the system!

Long story short, I ordered Saturday night, received a shipping confirmation on sunday, and by tuesday morning it was at my doorstep.

They were very fast, always answering my questions, easy to navigate the site, and decent shipping prices seeing as how theyre coming from hong kong (The system and 2 games cost me under $30 for UPS Express - 1 single game cost me $22 for UPS Express from a US Retailer!), and each order has a $5 coupon for a future one."
