"I had a bad experience ordering a very specific item off of ebay (Super Dual Box Pro PS2 to USB controller adapter) so I turned to Play Asia to get the correct item as advertised (rather than a cheap copy).

It took a bit longer than expected to process my order (about a week) but it arrived at my home in the eastern United States from Honk Kong in only 6 days! So it took around 2 weeks for a complete turn around but I got the item for an excellent price, the shipping costs were practically nothing ($3 I think) and most importantly I got the correct item and it works perfectly.

I will definitely deal with Play Asia again. By importing the REAL products directly from stores located in the country where the item is made, you bypass all of the problems related to counterfeit or defective imports from third parties (which is a huge problem with Chinese-made items like this).

I emailed them about the problem and they said they would take care of the second charge and then they charged me again? So I get charged three times for the same order. Since then I have had to cancel my debit card and cancel all future charges. I will never order through play asia again!

I did receive my order from play asia sooner than expected and the second and third charges have fallen off. Though the unnecessary frustration of the charge process has not changed my opinion of play asia. "

"I ordered 5 times from this company already and everything went fine until my 4th order. The store itself is very good, great items, good prizes and a very fast delivery. My problem with this company is as follows. The 4th item i bought from them never arrived at my place. In the meantime i ordered another item, which arrived within a week. No problem there. So i contacted their customer support asking a simple question, if they could offer some kind of compensation for lost packages or not. They should've replied within a few hours, as their help desk states, but no answer arrived, not after one day, not after two. So i sent another mail - nothing. Today i tried for the fifth (!!!) time, but they just refuse to send any answer. Through this i found out, that all my previous messages actually have been answered by Play-Asia, they just didn't reach my email account. Weird but true. They emailed me that they would try to find the package through the post office and would compensate me if it was considered 'lost'. Hope everything goes well now."

"Ordered two wireless controller a few weeks ago. Everything was cool until I finally used the second controller for cooperative play. Turns out that it was defective right out of the box.

I e-mailed play-asia "amazing customer service" as some called it, and the just told me stuff like to check the battery and other things to see if it would work.

After about exchanging two e-mails, they stopped replying and I've been trying to get a hold of them since. Looks like I will have to dispute my purchase with my card company.

Quite a while ago, I was contacted about my controller. Apparently, China celebrates Chinese New Years up to two weeks or so compared to just one day in the States.

I was authorized to ship my controllers back for repair. They went over the controllers and kept in contact updating me on their progress. In the end, one controller was working properly and the other was beyond repair.

They offered to refund me for the damaged controller, but I wanted a replacement for that particular model instead and made a suggestion that they open up a new box and check for a working model. They agreed to my decision and will be shipping my controllers back as soon as they can.
