"When I was looking to buy a Samsung RF23HCEDBSR refrigerator, I searched everywhere (Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Pacific Sales, etc.), but couldn't find any good deal anywhere. Then somehow I stumbled upon Plessers.com who was offering a pretty good sale with extended warranty (10 years as opposed to 3-5 year elsewhere). Although I read pretty good reviews on them online, I was still skeptical since I have never purchased anything from them before. So, I called their Sales Dept. to confirm the questions I had. Barry Dubin was was the person who picked up my call and offered me to help.
Barry answered all my questions and assured me a safe and hassle free order/transaction. He even shared his knowledge on which appliances are better in the current market. I had short listed a number of refrigerators that I was interested in. But based on Barry's feedback, online reviews, my own research and online sale price - I settled on Samsung RF23HCEDBSR at the end.
It took me a while to receive the refrigerator (from NY to CA), but everything came in just as promised. It was delivered earlier than its original promised date. Price dropped on this item a little bit before I received my item. Called Barry, he took care of that too. There was a slight noise in the freezer door, Plesser's customer service took care of it too. True to their commitment for best service, they truly took care of me.
Overall, one of the best online purchase experiences I have had. Plessers may remain as my only store for all my appliance needs. A very happy customer indeed."

"We were searching for a new clothes washer. Our old one was on its last leg. Started our search at the big box stores and then turned to the Internet to get feedback on a couple of models we were interested in.
After narrowing our choice down, we searched for the best price and Plessers was the lowest by several hundred dollars. There was still a good deal of apprehension because it was a large ticket item from a dealer several hundred miles away, however, the experience went very smooth. The delivery service was execellent. Got the appliance up a flight of stairs and in place without a worry.
The only thing we did not plan on was the disposal of the old machine. To our surprise, for a very reasonable fee, they took the old machine with them.
