"Your checkout form is not operating correctly, I received several Missing Information warnings when trying to checkout for the Number of steps. I would enter None and that was not registered as None, telling me I left information out. After 20 tries, I was able to make it work. Poor software design, no doubt."

"Plesser's is really a great company. This is the first time I've ordered a major appliance online and I can truly say this was a wonderful experience. Ordering was easy. Naturally you have to be patient and not expect delivery the next day if you are not in their immediate area, but it was worth the wait. Plesser's representative were polite had knowledge about their products. The delivery men were polite too. The price was impressive and will have me looking to Plesser's for our purchases. "Ordered 2 appliances. I was told while being pitched an extended warranty that my appliances would be scheduled by the end of the week for delivery. After the week came and went I called in to find out what was up. I was told both appliances were on back order and they'd need at least 3 more weeks. This was after already waiting the 3 weeks from the original order. The customer service was immensely unapologetic and offered a pittance after they delayed a kitchen remodels plans by close to a month. Absolutely would not ever recommend using them again."
