Rude person is so aware of how inept he is at customer service he won't tell you his name. Ask for his supervisor and you get put on hold until the line just goes dead. Call from a different line and caller id instead of picking up the line just goes dead. It is impossible for this business to operate this way and be anything but a scam.. What they tell you is in stock, isn't.. When they tell you they will order, they screw up the order.. Stay away from PlumbersStock at all costs.."

"On July 3, 2021 I ordered a toilet seat from PlumbersStock. They immediately charged my credit card but told be there was a lead time of approximately 24 days. On August 9, 2021, over 35 days from the time I placed my order, they informed me the toilet seat was unavailable and they would be refunding the charge. As of August 16, 2021 I still have not received my refund. I contacted them several days ago inquiring about my refund and did not receive a reply. I will notify them tomorrow that if I do not receive my refund shortly I will be filing a despute with my credit card company."
