"I purchased a tankless water heater from you on January 16th and it was delivered by FEDEX on Saturday, January 20th.
On Monday, January 22, my installer came to install the device. After opening the rather poorly packed box, which already gave the impression that something might be wrong. However, it turned out that the device had already been used.
This is evidenced by Teflon paste on the gas valve and pieces of Styrofoam inside the valve, as well as the lack of protective caps. However, there were pieces of Teflon tape on the water valves. Moreover, the bottom of the box was wet and had a hole in it. Since I bought and paid for a new water heater, not an open BOX, how could you even send something like this to me? I feel really cheated, robbed and still without hot water I don't even know if this device works. And I'm not going to check it because I would have to pay for the modification of the plumbing and its installation. Now I have to return it before it arrives, it will be 5 to 6 days. It will take another 3 to five days before the money hits my account and then I will be able to order another water heater, for which I can wait from 5 days to one week because PlumberStock is not doing exchange, so what it means I have to place a new order. Thanks to this, I have not had hot water for over a month.
