"After many price comparisons I landed here and was pleasantly surprised. My toilet arrived in two separate shipments. Upon unboxing both parts were in perfect condition, they used molded injection foam which protected everything perfectly. As for the toilet I need two but decided to get just one for now making sure it met my needs, and it did. The only caveat is it comes with no mounting hardware at all. No washers or bolts for the wall screws, and as of today I still cannot get just the washers, even from plumbing supply stores that sell the toilet. I am using old washers from the unit I replaced as of now. I would have thought at least those would have been included. Oh don’t try calling American Standard took me three days to talk to someone. All in all an excellent toilet and online purchasing experience. Oh forgot one more thing called the sites customer service line to ask a question but all they did was transfer me to the American Standard phone bank. "
