"there was no communication whatsoever! I got an email saying the order was placed and that was all. I went to their website to check the status of the order and to see if there was a tracking #. It said the package was coming on August 6th ... that was two weeks past the date of order ... it arrived earlier than that, but a realistic time frame would have been nice. My client thinks I am being a ****, because of the extended lapse in time from the diagnosis to the repair. I'll have to think twice about ordering from them in the future ... their prices are great, but their customer service ... not so much! A little attention to detail goes a long way.

I suspect this "mum's the word" policy stems from a previous unpleasant experience they've had with shipping times. But c'mon man! Put your big boy pants on and **** it up buttercup!"
