The customer service representative had stated twice in two different phone calls that they would call me back with an update and or tracking number. I had to call in for these follow up calls (four times in one day). The customer service representative made the statement "Oh you didn't get the email I sent" This is my response to that question - No I did not get the email that you did not send. I appreciate what was done to assist me - I do not appreciate having to make all the phone call and being lied to. Thank you"
"It took me 2 tries to get the correct toilet tank top delivered from them, but I’ll take the majority of the blame. They don’t give you an item’s dimensions, they give shipping dimensions (the size of the “inner” box it ships in). Not only are these not even correct, but not helpful when trying to figure out which one you need. And insisting on box in a box for returns, depending on the price and size of the item, returning the product for credit with you paying the shipping, it became more expensive to ship back than the credit you’ll receive. So I gave the first wrong one I ordered to the plumber. They also add additional decimal points in their product numbers sometimes, that don’t correspond with the actual manufacturer #. Do your best to narrow it down, and then use their ask a chat question format to get help. They do have a good customer service department, and ship wicked fast to you. "
"At the time of my order the site said the item was in stock, several weeks latter I find out it was not in stock and the order was placed for only one piece. I am now told it is expected to be back in stock in "Mid July" so who knows when or if I will get it. Could have worked around this had I known at the time of the order but now I look like an idiot as I cannot affect the required repairs."
