"I ordered a Jones Stephens C002WD00 White Elongated Wood Toilet Seat from PlumbersStock. I noticed at checkout that I had the option of adding $0.98 to the price in order to secure shipping insurance from Route.com. This field was pre-populated and checked, and since the extra cost was low, I went ahead and bought the insurance. When the toilet seat arrived, I was glad that I had purchased the insurance. The toilet seat had been so poorly packaged by PlumbersStock that it arrived damaged in two places! I filed a claim with Route, and after I supplied pictures of the damage, they quickly approved my claim and ordered a replacement toilet seat from PlumbersStock, to be paid for by them. And here is where the ordeal started. In processing the Route re-order, PlumbersStock attempted to bill the credit card that I had used for the original purchase. Luckily for me, that card had been replaced during the interim with a new one with a new expiration date, and so the card was denied. When PlumbersStock contacted me via email asking me to provide them with updated credit-card information, I tried to explain to them, both via email and two phone calls, that this order was being placed by Route on my behalf in order to replace the original toilet seat that had been damaged in transit. Neither the person I was conversing with via email nor the people I spoke with on the phone could seem to grasp what I was explaining to them. Remember that it was the PlumbersStock website itself that had brought Route.com into the process! Now, the company seemed clueless about how to deal with a Route re-order. Route made three attempts to place a replacement order with PlumbersStock. All three were rejected by PlumbersStock. In the end, Route resolved the claim by refunding me directly for the cost of the original toilet seat (minus tax and shipping cost). So, as I write this, I find myself with a damaged toilet bowl seat and only a partial refund of what that seat cost me. When I complained about this state of affairs directly to PlumbersStock, the answer I got back was, "Sorry for your inconvenience." Nothing more! I will never deal with this company again, and urge you to avoid it at all costs!"

"Ordered a shower trim kit from Plumbersstock, and immediately needed to cancel. I reached out to the customer service to cancel, and the best option they gave me was to reject the delivery.
The delivery was left at our office, therefore unable to reject. I then requested we be able to return the item and would gladly pay the return costs.
Plumbersstock support will not provide a return label to us and bill us for the return costs. They have provided zero assistance in this matter, and now I am stuck with a trim kit I do not need.
Would not recommend. "
