"Ordered items that stated in stock and ready to ship - 10 days later they are still in processing - had to call (leave vm), email, chat box and text to get a response - finally got through with text to be told "Your order will be direct shipped from our partner vendor. We're still waiting for the tracking number". I replied that I was also waiting to find out when it will ship, could they please contact their "partner vendor" to find out why it had not shipped in 10 days of "processing" and received silence back from the text. Fifteen minutes later I received another text (had no idea if they were even still communicating with me) to say that the items were on 3-5 week back order! I understand that things are hard to get now a days but a little communication goes a long way. I should not have to call, text, email and chat box to find out that my in stock items that were supposed to come in in 7-10 days are now back ordered for 3-5 weeks! By the way the website is still showing these items are in stock and available for shipping! I would not trust this site to be honest and good luck trying to find out what is happening with your order. Now it will be interesting to see how long it takes them to refund my money that they planned on keeping for weeks while the item was on back order. Will never shop here again!"
