I understand Plumbers used a third party company to source the item so I didn’t have recourse to obtain a refund or suitable replacement. Plumbers should have informed me that they changed my order before delivering the incorrect one."

"Bought Christy’s pipe repair kit to repair a water hydrant in my concrete driveway. Cold weather caused the 1” pipe to crack since the hydrant did not auto drain properly. Took about 20 minutes to make the repair. Leak stopped and I didn’t have to cut the pipe and try to rethread the pipe which was vertical and in concrete, not even sure if threading an installed pipe is possible? Thank God for Christy’s"

"It took several days to get a response to a question. It took several days to get a return authorization for an item we did not need and then they said we would have to pay a restocking charge of 30%!
Also, the description of the item Frigidaire 903111 Inducer Blower Motor for 80% Furnaces did not state whether or not a filter was included which is why we wound up having to return an item! Customer Service needs to improve. The Motor works and we are grateful that we found it on your site but, again, your Customer Service leaves much to be desired."
